Spin did a research trip last week to Newcastle in preparation for our members’ visit in early November. We met some new contacts and interesting galleries include Vane, Locust+ and Circa. We also visited MIMA in Middlesbrough – there’s a great Alex Katz show on just now, plus Baltic and Baltic 39. It was really interesting to check out another city’s art scene and we look forward to putting our itinerary together for our forthcoming trip.
