This Thursday is your opportunity to meet the young energetic artists behind Totalkunst – an impressive association of artists who have self-organised, set up a space in the Forest cafe, programmed a series of great exhibitions, put together a slide archive and produced a book, all in the space of a few months.
Their current show has been curated by Aurora Projects and features works on paper by Ruth Beale and Catherine Street. Ruth and Catherine are both recent graduates who have developed really confident practices through regular exhibition in group shows all over the UK.
Through Aurora Projects, Ruth recently curated a show in a flat in Marchmont. These are people to watch.
